ACT & SAT Assessments
****All TOPS students are required to take the ACT before their graduation date****
Seniors will have an opportunity to test for FREE in the fall semester. Juniors will have an opportunity to test for FREE in the spring semester.
It is time for you to register for and take your ACT exam! At TOPS, you can take that ACT exam via a voucher program. A voucher is a gift card that covers the cost of the test. Your voucher is attached to this email, don't lose it!
Remember that it is a state graduation REQUIREMENT to take the ACT! You will use your voucher to sign up for the National Exam on APRIL 15th. The deadline to sign up and use your voucher is March 10th!!

If you want to retake the ACT in addition to the two free opportunities TOPS provides, the cost for 2023:
no writing - $60
with writing - $85

SAT
The SAT is optional for TOPS students. Certain colleges do require applicants to take the SAT. Check with the college of interest if the SAT is required.
