TOPS 6-8 Enrollment Requirements (students outside of Bristol and Greeneville) for the 2024-2025 school year

Attendance - Students cannot have over 15 unexcused absences in the previous school year.
Grades - Students must have passing scores (60 or above) in all their core classes.
Internet and technology access - Students and families must have reliable internet and technology access. To complete the required coursework, a laptop or desktop computer is needed (tablets or phones are not sufficient devices).
Discipline - Students cannot have a discipline record for anything related to cyberbullying, hacking, or any other technology-related offenses.
Family Support - Students must have a family member at home to provide support and encouragement. The school will provide instruction and several resources, but a critical aspect of online learning is having family support at home.

All applications are reviewed for acceptance. Please allow 2-3 weeks after submission before a decision regarding acceptance.
You must create an account to fill out a form. This will allow you to come back to the form if it is incomplete.
All required fields and documents must be uploaded by August 1st, 2023, or we will not accept the application. Click here to view the required documents.
We will not consider an application until the application is complete, all documents are uploaded, and we have received payment.
Once completed, the application review process can take up to three weeks. This mainly occurs if you apply during the summer months of June and July. For most applications, please allow a week or so for processing and reviewing.
A student may be required to complete an interview with the review team as part of the application process. We will contact you if this is required.
If any part of your application is found to be falsified or incorrect, your application will not be accepted.
