Before completing an application, please make note of the following:

  • All applications are reviewed for acceptance. Please allow 2-3 weeks after submission before a decision is made regarding acceptance.

  • You must create an account to fill out a form. This will allow you to come back to the form if it is incomplete.

  • All required fields and documents must be uploaded by August 1st, 2023, or we will not accept the application. Click here to view the required documents.

  • We will not consider an application until it is complete and all documents have been uploaded.

  • TOPS functions on a block schedule. If you are coming from a school that is on a yearlong (traditional schedule), please know that the transfer of credits will be different. Contact our school counselor, Mrs. Alexis Arnold, with questions.

  • Once completed, the application review process can take up to three weeks. This mainly occurs if you apply during the summer months of June and July. Please allow a week or so for processing and reviewing for most applications.

  • A student may be required to complete an interview with the review team as part of the application process. We will contact you if this is required.

  • If any part of your application is found to be falsified or incorrect, your application will not be accepted.
